Previous Month Bakes
March Macarons
For the month of March I made macarons. It included 6 macarons in one box. Two french vanilla, two strawberries and cream, and lemon meriange macarons. Each balanced with the right amount of sweetness and chewiness profile. Each box cost $10.
April Cupcakes
For the month of April I made 2 different flavored cupcakes. A decedent dark chocolate cupcake filled with salted caramel and salted caramel frosting. And a vanilla cupcake with a raspberry filling, and fresh raspberry frosting. This is topped with a piped handmade flower. Each box cost $10.
May Sugar Cookies
For the month of May I made a box of buttery and soft sugar cookies. The box came with the option of "mom" being written on the jar to celebrate Mother's day. Each box cost $10.
June Millie Feuilles
For the month of June I decided on a light dessert. A millie feuille is 2 pieces of buttery, flaky puff pastry sandwiched together by a light vanilla pastry cream. And topped with a sweet icing with feathered decoration. Each box came with 2 millie fueilles and cost $12 for one box.
July Pie and Icecream
For the month of July I gave options on what you could get. One was a 5 inch fresh strawberry pie ($6) and the other was a 5 inch chocolate cream pie ($6). In addition I offered 6 oz of homemade vanilla icecream ($4) on the side to add to the strawberry pie.
August Gourmet Cookies
For the month of August everyone seemed to like the idea of cookies, so I upped the average cookie. One box contained 3 cookies. A lemon meringue cookie, a sugar cookie with lemon curd and cream cheese frosting. A raspberry cheesecake cookie with a graham cracker cookie, cream cheese frosting and raspberry curd. And a Twix cookie, a sugar cookie with caramel and chocolate to recreate the candy bar that everyone loves. All are divine and super rich. One box cost $8. This is one of my personal favorites.
September Cinnamon Rolls
A take and bake option was offered this month. Each order came with instructions, and toppings. And 3 varieties to choose from, original with cream cheese, cookies and cream and caramel apple. Perfect because they can be served warm so you could have them with a warm cup of coffee. Each tin cost $8 and contains 3 average sized cinnamon rolls in each.
October Cheesecake
For the pumpkin lovers I included a adventurous option this time. A pumpkin cheesecake or a New York cheesecake if you like the classics. Each box included 2 slices of cheesecake and cost $8.
January Croissants
One of the most popular bakes so far. I offered take and bake or already baked croissants. Almond and chocolate flavors were offered. Each box included 3 croissants and cost $10 a box.
February Cake Pops
Probably the second most favorite of the bakes was the cake pops. A crowd favorite. I offered chocolate (with chocolate coating) and red velvet(with white chocolate coating). Each cake pop cost $2.
March Prinzregenten torte
In celebration of my German heritage I offered one of my favorites (pronounced Prinz-re-gen-ten-tor-te). It is similar to a crepe cake in that each layer of cake is baked individually and then stacked with a thin layer of rich chocolate cream to make 8 even layers of goodness. Each piece cost $3.
April Cupcakes
Another take on cupcakes and flavors I feel many will enjoy. This month I offered a cinnamon roll cupcake with a mini cinnamon roll cookie on top and a strawberry cheesecake cupcake. You got to choose with flavors you wanted in your box. Each box cost $10.
